Savanna Turner is a dedicated primary school teacher for young children in Sussex, England. She has always had two important dreams: to become a teacher and to write her own books. Now, she's passionately working to bring both of these dreams together by creating engaging stories that support children's learning.
Savanna is deeply committed to helping all children succeed in school. Through her years of teaching experience, she has seen many children struggle with spelling, especially when it comes to Tricky Words with unusual spellings. That's why she's on a mission to develop a series of enjoyable, educational books that can be used alongside phonics lessons. These books will serve as valuable tools to make learning spelling, especially those Tricky Words, more accessible and fun for children. Savanna's aim is to support parents and children in their learning journey.

Savanna Turner's inspiration for her educational books is deeply personal. She herself has personal experiences with dyslexia, a condition that can make reading and spelling more challenging. Her own journey with dyslexia has fuelled her determination to create books that are particularly helpful for children who may struggle with spelling, just like she did.

She has designed her books to be dyslexia-friendly, considering factors like font style, spacing, and colours that are easier on the eyes.
